The Scots are Israelites according to their Declaration of Independence from Rome

The National Archives of Scotland holds a document called the Declaration of Arbroath that was written to the Pope in 1320 A.D.  It is the Scottish Declaration of Independence from Rome.  This document was written in support of King Robert Bruce (Robert I) and an independent Scotland, declaring that Robert I was their rightful monarch and asserting Scotland’s status as an independent kingdom.

The first paragraph, from the Declaration of Arbroath, reflects they are the people from the Bible and from the book of Chronicles.  It also reflects they are the people of Israel that crossed the Red Sea and their home is in the west today.

"Most Holy Father, we know and from the chronicles and books of the ancients we find that among other famous nations our own, the Scots, has been graced with widespread renown. It journeyed from Greater Scythia by way of the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Pillars of Hercules, and dwelt for a long course of time in Spain among the most savage peoples, but nowhere could it be subdued by any people, however barbarous. Thence it came, twelve hundred years after the people of Israel crossed the Red Sea, to its home in the west where it still lives today. The Britons it first drove out, the Picts it utterly destroyed, and, even though very often assailed by the Norwegians, the Danes and the English, it took possession of that home with many victories and untold efforts; and, as the histories of old time bear witness, they have held it free of all servitude ever since. In their kingdom there have reigned one hundred and thirteen kings of their own royal stock, the line unbroken by a single foreigner."

The Bible reflects that the Israelites would have a new home.  As prophesied, our Father in Heaven gave the Israelites a highway so that they could leave their captivity.

Isaiah 11:16 "And there shall be an highway for the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria; like as it was to Israel in the day that he came up out of the land of Egypt."

More Biblical proof regarding their migration:

Amos 9:9 "For, behold, I will command, and I will sift the house of Israel among all the nations, as grain is sifted in a sieve, yet not the least kernel will fall on the earth."

2 Esdras 13:40-45 "these are the ten tribes which were led away from their own land into captivity in the days of King Hoshea [Hosea], whom Shalmaneser the king of the Assyrians led captive; he took them across the river, and they were taken into another land.  But they formed this plan for themselves, that they would leave the multitude of the nations and go to a more distant region, where mankind had never lived, that there at least they might keep their statutes which they had not kept in their own land.  And they went in by the narrow passages of the Euphrates river. For at that time the Most High performed signs for them, and stopped the channels of the river until they had passed over.  Through that region there was a long way to go, a journey of a year and a half; and that country is called Arzareth."

The Scottish Declaration of Independence reflects the Scottish people are descendants of the 10 northern tribes of Israel with a ruling tribe of Judah.

Royal House of Judah - Tea Tephi in Ireland and Scota in Scotland

Overview

The bible tells us that the House of David, descendants of Pharez the son of Judah, was taken captive in Babylon when the first temple was destroyed.  King Zedekiah, who was a descendant of Pharez  the son Judah, was taken captive to Babylon also. When the temple fell, the prophet Jeremiah escaped with the King’s two daughters, Scota and Tea Tephi, first to Egypt and then to Ireland. King Zedekiah’s daughters married Milesian Kings.  The Milesian Kings were descendant to Zarah who was Judah’s son also.  Pharez and Zarah were twins born to Judah and Tamar (Genesis chapter 38).  (See http://kingdomhereamerica.blogspot.com/p/jesus.html page for more info on their family ancestry)

The ancient Irish records record the coming of “ the Great Prophet, ” “ Brugh ” his scribe (Baruch), and the daughter of a king, about 583 B.C. and that with them they brought the “Wonderful Stone, ” or “ Stone of Destiny. ” This stone today is referred to as the Coronation Stone.  (See this page for more information regarding the Coronation Stone.)

The Prophet Jeremiah remained in Ireland until his death and is buried there. His tomb is also in Ireland.  Jeremiah’s tomb has hieroglyphics that reflect his journey to Ireland.  (See this page for more information regarding Jeremiah’s journey and his tomb.)

Queen Elizabeth II and all of the monarchs of Europe are descendants from the Royal House of Judah/David. The various kings and queens of Russia, Germany, Austria, France, Poland, Sweden, etc. are all related to this Royal House.

The Biblical Account – Jeremiah and the King’s Daughter’s Escape to Egypt

The fall of Jerusalem is recounted in Jeremiah chapter 52. They slaughtered the sons of King Zedekiah so that they could not inherit the throne.  The King was kept in prison until he died.

Jeremiah 52:3And [King] Zedekiah rebelled against the king of Babylon. 4 And in the ninth year of his reign, in the tenth month, on the tenth day of the month, Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon came with all his army against Jerusalem, and laid siege to it. And they built siegeworks all around it. 5 So the city was besieged till the eleventh year of King Zedekiah. 6 On the ninth day of the fourth month the famine was so severe in the city that there was no food for the people of the land. 7 Then a breach was made in the city, and all the men of war fled and went out from the city by night by the way of a gate between the two walls, by the king's garden, and the Chaldeans were around the city. And they went in the direction of the Arabah. 8 But the army of the Chaldeans pursued the king and overtook Zedekiah in the plains of Jericho, and all his army was scattered from him. 9 Then they captured the king and brought him up to the king of Babylon at Riblah in the land of Hamath, and he passed sentence on him. 10 The king of Babylon slaughtered the sons of Zedekiah before his eyes, and also slaughtered all the officials of Judah at Riblah. 11 He put out the eyes of Zedekiah, and bound him in chains, and the king of Babylon took him to Babylon, and put him in prison till the day of his death.

The temple was burned:

Jeremiah 52:12 In the fifth month, on the tenth day of the month—that was the nineteenth year of King Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon—Nebuzaradan the captain of the bodyguard, who served the king of Babylon, entered Jerusalem. 13 And he burned the house of the Lord, and the king's house and all the houses of Jerusalem; every great house he burned down. 14 And all the army of the Chaldeans, who were with the captain of the guard, broke down all the walls around Jerusalem. 15 And Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard carried away captive some of the poorest of the people and the rest of the people who were left in the city and the deserters who had deserted to the king of Babylon, together with the rest of the artisans.

The tribes of Judah and Benjamin were taken captive in Babylon.

Jeremiah 52:28 This is the number of the people whom Nebuchadnezzar carried away captive: in the seventh year, 3,023 Judeans; 29 in the eighteenth year of Nebuchadnezzar he carried away captive from Jerusalem 832 persons; 30 in the twenty- third year of Nebuchadnezzar, Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard carried away captive of the Judeans 745 persons; all the persons were 4,600.

Jeremiah, his scribe Baruch, and the King’s daughters left for Egypt:

Jeremiah 43:3 But Baruch [Jeremiah’s scribe] the son of Neriah setteth thee on against us, for to deliver us into the hand of the Chaldeans, that they might put us to death, and carry us away captives into Babylon. 4 So Johanan the son of Kareah, and all the captains of the forces, and all the people, obeyed not the voice of the Lord, to dwell in the land of Judah. 5 But Johanan the son of Kareah, and all the captains of the forces, took all the remnant of Judah, that were returned from all nations, whither they had been driven, to dwell in the land of Judah; 6 Even men, and women, and children, and the king's daughters [Tea Tephi & Scota], and every person that Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard had left with Gedaliah the son of Ahikam the son of Shaphan, and Jeremiah the prophet, and Baruch the son of Neriah. 7 So they came into the land of Egypt: for they obeyed not the voice of the Lord: thus came they even to Tahpanhes.

House of David established Forever - Prophesy Fulfilled

The bible reflects that Judah and the House of David will forever be on the throne.  Moving the throne to Europe, after the first temple was destroyed, ensured Yahweh’s promise would be kept.

Genesis 49:10 The scepter will not depart from Judah, Nor the ruler's staff from between his feet, Until he comes to whom it belongs. To him will the obedience of the peoples be.

2 Samuel 7:16 Your house and your kingdom shall be made sure for ever before you: your throne shall be established forever. 17 According to all these words, and according to all this vision, so did Nathan speak to David.

Jeremiah 33:19 The word of Yahweh came to Jeremiah, saying, 20 Thus says Yahweh: If you can break my covenant of the day, and my covenant of the night, so that there shall not be day and night in their season; 21 then may also my covenant be broken with David my servant, that he shall not have a son to reign on his throne; and with the Levites the priests, my ministers. 22 As the host of the sky can 't be numbered, neither the sand of the sea measured; so will I multiply the seed of David my servant, and the Levites who minister to me. 23 The word of Yahweh came to Jeremiah, saying, 24 Don' t you consider what this people has spoken, saying, The two families which Yahweh did choose, he has cast them off? thus do they despise my people, that they should be no more a nation before them. 25 Thus says Yahweh: If my covenant of day and night fails, if I have not appointed the ordinances of heaven and earth; 26 then will I also cast away the seed of Jacob, and of David my servant, so that I will not take of his seed to be rulers over the seed of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob: for I will cause their captivity to return, and will have mercy on them.

Ezekiel’s Young Twig Prophesy Fulfilled

Ezekiel’s prophesy was fulfilled when Tea Tephi was taken from Jerusalem and planted in Ireland:

Ezekiel 17:4 He (Nebuchadnezzar) cropped off the top of his young twigs, and carried it into a land of traffick; he set it in a city of merchants (Babylon).
17:22 Thus saith the Lord
"I AM"; I will also take of the highest branch of the high cedar, and will set [it]; I will crop off from the top of his young twigs a tender one (female - Teia Tephi), and will plant [it (her)] upon an high mountain and eminent (in the British Isles
):
17:23 In the mountain of the height of Israel
will I plant it (at Tara
): and it shall bring forth boughs, and bear fruit, and be a goodly cedar: and under it shall dwell all fowl of every wing; in the shadow of the branches thereof shall they dwell.
17:24 And all the trees of the field shall know that I the "I AM" have brought down the high tree (Pharez
in Jerusalem), have exalted the low tree (Zarah in Ireland), have dried up the green tree (the 2 tribed House of Judah)*, and have made the dry tree (the 10 tribed House of Israel) to flourish: I the "I AM" have spoken and have done [it].

In Closing

We still have day and night and Queen Elizabeth II descendant to King David is still on the throne.

Queen Elizabeth’s coronation ceremony was on television and it showed how all the biblical traditions were followed (see this page) in her ceremony.
Are there other monarchs on the throne today that are descendant to Judah and King David?
